Frequently asked about snowmobile safaris
What happens if the weather is very cold or snowy?
The experience runs in all typical Arctic winter conditions. In extreme weather, safety always comes first, and the guide may adjust the program if needed to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all guests.
How far in advance should I book my package?
We recommend booking your package as early as possible, especially if you are planning to visit during the peak winter season in Lapland. December and January are the busiest months, and popular activities, accommodations, and transfers can sell out well in advance. For the best availability and flexibility, booking several months ahead is advisable, although we are always happy to assist with last-minute inquiries whenever possible.
Do I need previous experience for outdoor activities included in the packages?
No, previous experience is not required. Our guides will provide all the necessary instructions and safety information before each activity, and they will be there to assist you throughout the experience. Most activities are designed to be enjoyable for beginners, so you can simply relax and enjoy your time in Lapland.
Are the packages suitable for families with children?
Yes, many of our packages are suitable for families with children. However, some activities may have age or safety restrictions. Please note that infants cannot participate in snowmobile activities, and we encourage parents to consider whether each activity is suitable for their child’s age, interests, and comfort level. If you are unsure, we are happy to help you choose the best options for your family.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
If your tour includes lunch, snacks, or refreshments, please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when making your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide suitable alternatives whenever possible. To ensure we can make the necessary arrangements, it is important that we receive this information in advance.
