The tour follows official and well-maintained biking trails of Ounasvaara, designed for safe and enjoyable mountain biking. Thanks to electric-assisted fatbikes, even hills and longer climbs are easy, making this experience suitable for all fitness levels.
Your guide will lead the group through varied forest trails, ridges, and scenic routes offering beautiful views of Lapland nature. The guide stays with you throughout the tour, ensuring a comfortable pace and sharing information about the area.
During the tour, we stop at a traditional wilderness lean-to (laavu), where we take a drink break and enjoy the peaceful silence of nature. At the laavu, we also roast marshmallows over an open fire. In addition, we visit the Ounasvaara observation tower, where you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view over Rovaniemi city, the Kemijoki River, and the surrounding forests.
This is a small-group guided experience combining easy electric biking, authentic Lapland nature, and breathtaking views into one complete Arctic summer adventure.

– We are not able to teach bicycle riding during the tour. If you do not have prior experience riding a bicycle, we do not recommend booking this activity.
– Good outdoor clothing is required. We do not provide clothing or outerwear.
– You may bring your own snacks and drinks. A backpack is recommended if you want to carry your own food or drinks.
