- The renter is fully responsible for the bicycle and any equipment provided for the entire rental period.
- Please always lock the bicycle whenever it is left unattended. A lock is included with every rental.
- In the event of damage caused by misuse, negligence, or an accident during the rental period, the renter is responsible for the repair costs.
- If the bicycle is lost or stolen due to negligence (for example, if it is left unlocked or unattended in an unsafe manner), the renter is responsible for the replacement value of the bicycle.
- The bicycle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, allowing for normal wear and tear.
- The renter must immediately inform Lapland Royal Adventures of any accident, damage, theft, or technical issue.
- The bicycle may only be used on permitted roads, cycling paths, and trails suitable for the rented bike. It must not be used in a reckless manner or for racing or jumping.
- The bicycle may not be sublet or lent to another person unless agreed in advance with Lapland Royal Adventures.
- Helmets are available and are strongly recommended for all riders.
- Please follow local traffic regulations and ride responsibly at all times.
- The renter is responsible for ensuring that the bicycle is suitable for them before starting the ride and for using it safely according to their own skill level.
- Lapland Royal Adventures is not liable for injuries, personal belongings, or other losses resulting from improper use of the bicycle or failure to follow safety instructions.
