This visit takes you straight to the official home of Santa Claus, where you can meet Santa, send greetings from Santa’s Post Office and experience the unforgettable moment of crossing the Arctic Circle!

Tour Schedule:
- Start Time: The tour departs at 10:30 and/or 14:30, taking you straight to Santa Claus Village.
- 2-Hour Visit: Depart Santa Claus Village after 2 hours if you prefer a shorter stay.
4-Hour Visit: Depart after 4 hours if you'd like more time to explore the Village and enjoy additional activities.

- Warm Winter Clothing: Dress in layered winter clothes, including a hat, gloves, scarf, and warm socks. Temperatures in Lapland can be extremely cold, so be prepared for winter conditions.
- Comfortable Footwear: Wear insulated, non-slip boots suitable for snow and ice to keep your feet warm and dry.
- Camera or Smartphone: Capture memories of your visit, especially the moment you cross the Arctic Circle or meet Santa Claus!
- Personal Identification: Bring a valid ID, particularly if you plan on making any purchases or need to verify your identity.
- Extra Funds: Bring cash or a credit card if you plan to enjoy extra activities (like husky or reindeer sledding), meals, or souvenirs, as these are not included in the tour package.
- Portable Charger: The cold weather can drain batteries faster, so a portable charger for your devices can be helpful.

- Dress Warmly: Santa Claus Village is located in a winter wonderland, so we recommend wearing warm, layered clothing suitable for outdoor activities in cold conditions. Winter clothing is not provided as part of the tour.
- Bring Extra Funds: If you’d like to participate in additional activities like husky or reindeer sledding, or to purchase souvenirs and meals, please bring sufficient funds, as these are not included in the tour price.
- Self-Guided Exploration: While we provide a brief introduction upon arrival, this is primarily a self-guided tour, allowing you to explore at your own pace. Be sure to take advantage of the maps and information stations around the Village to maximize your experience.
- Arctic Circle Crossing Certificate: As part of the tour, everyone receives a special certificate commemorating your crossing of the Arctic Circle.
If your pick-up address is more than 15 km from our office, we charge €50 per direction for transportation.

No, this is a transportation service. We take you to Santa Claus Village, provide a map and basic orientation on arrival, and pick you up at the agreed time. You are free to explore the village at your own pace.
Can I see Santa Claus during the Santa Claus Village visit?
Yes, it is possible to meet Santa Claus during your visit to the Arctic Circle. At the Santa Claus Village, you can step into Santa’s office and meet him in person all year round, making it a magical experience for visitors of all ages.
