Right of inspection

The controller is obliged to store the accounting material for the period specified in the Accounting Act (chapter 2, section 10) (10 years). For this reason, accounting material cannot be deleted before the deadline has expired.

If the processing of personal data concerning the data subject is based solely on consent, and e.g. customer relationship or membership, the data subject can withdraw their consent.

The data subject has the right to demand that we restrict the processing of the disputed data until the matter is resolved.
Right of appeal

6. Regular sources of information
Personal data is collected from the customer themselves when the customer relationship is established and from the controller’s systems to the services through online forms. In addition, updates are provided by official sources or other service providers to ensure that the information is up to date.
7. Regular disclosure of data
As a rule, the information is not disclosed for marketing purposes outside YRITYS OY and its member stores.
8. Duration of processing

9. Processors
The controller and its employees process personal data.
